What We Do.
Perpetual Motion Construction LLC located in Kalamazoo, MI has been serving the Southwest Michigan communities with quality home improvement since 1992. With our established reputation we offer a wide variety of exterior products for roofing, flooring, windows, and general construction needs and repairs. Our specialized crew is comprised of industry professionals who are experts in their fields.
Roofing
Sometimes a roof can naturally reach the end of its useful life without experiencing a roof failure. It just looks old and worn, and you are doing preventive maintenance on your home. If replacing an old roof is delayed, however, it could result in bigger problems down the road. Watch for the warning signs to give yourself plenty of time to add the project to your to do list.
Soffits and Fascia
An exterior soffit is located on the span beneath the rafter tails, while the fascia is the exposed horizontal band you see at the end of the rafters. These architectural elements found along the eave area do more than just add visual interest and give a finished look to your home. They help protect the exterior of your house by keeping out pests like bats, birds and squirrels, and give you a way to disguise ventilation for your attic.

There are some home improvement projects that we only do seasonally but they are just as important as every other home projects. These can be projects from a face lift to your kitchen or bathroom to a complete head to toe reconstruction on either.
